A perfect space to train

Here at the club we have a very versatile training area. The floor can be transformed to accommodate circuits or sparring with mats fixed in place giving life to two safe areas for advanced sparring.

There's also plenty of room to move and practice the dynamic techniques that are offered within many of the classes.

Fear not, during the winter there is ceiling mounted heating! and during the warmer months we have industrial mobile fan units to help keep you cool when you train.
